SHIPPING.

A flat shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable pan India. Free shipping on orders value above INR 2000. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of INR 150.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated E-mail with the tracking details of your order. You can also track your order here.

 

DELIVERY.

PAN INDIA- MINIMUM 4 TO 5 DAYS-MAXIMUM-10 DAYS.

INTERNATIONAL- MINIMUM-2 WEEKS-MAXIMUM-4 WEEKS.

Our current delivery timeline is about MINIMUM-4-5 working days and MAXIMUM-10 days, some products have delay intimation mentioned on the product page itself, the timeline will not be applicable to them. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.

There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases, we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at indianblend@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated.

• Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline, as all pieces are made to order.

• Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. 

• Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion via email. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted and would have to be picked up by the customer.

• Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.

• Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.

• Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

• All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email. In-store requests will not be entertained.

 

CREDIT NOTE.

In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value paid of the order. Credit notes have a validity of 1 months and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. 

 

CANCELLATIONS.

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of one month.

The exchange and return can be dissolved within 1 month of the purchase date and time.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
